BestCasinoPortal is an independent casino information and reviews site — not a gambling operator. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect when you visit, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, get in touch.
Who is responsible for your data
BestCasinoPortal is the data controller for everything described on this page. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights below, email [email protected] — that address goes to a person, not a queue, and it is the fastest route for a data request. General enquiries are on the contact page.
What we collect
- ✦Usage data, automatically. Pages you view, referring links, device and browser type, and approximate (country-level) location derived from your IP — used in aggregate to understand what's useful.
- ✦Affiliate click records. When you click through to a casino, our redirector logs the offer, the time, your IP address, your browser string and the referring page, so commission can be reconciled and click fraud spotted.
- ✦Push subscriptions, only if you allow them. Your browser's subscription endpoint plus browser string, language, timezone, country and the page you subscribed from.
- ✦Information you give us. If you email us or file a complaint, we receive your message and any details you include, such as your email address.
- ✦We do not ask for or store payment details — you never gamble or deposit on this site. We don't profile you, and no decision about you is made by automated means.
Cookies & analytics
Nothing beyond the strictly necessary is stored on your device until you agree to it. Analytics (Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymisation) and advertising storage are both off until you turn them on, and if you reject them no Google script is loaded at all. Every cookie and storage key we are capable of setting is listed by name, purpose and lifetime in the cookie policy.
Why we're allowed to do this
Under the UK and EU GDPR every use of your data needs a legal basis. Ours:

Affiliate links & third parties
We're independent and ad-supported: we may earn a commission when you sign up with an operator through our links, but our ratings are never for sale — see how we rate casinos. When you click through to a third-party operator or another external site, that company collects and handles your data under its own privacy policy, which we don't control. Please read theirs before you sign up or deposit.
How we use your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site (such as our analytics provider), and only as needed to deliver the service. If you're in the US, see do not sell or share — we honour the Global Privacy Control signal automatically.
Where your data goes
Our servers are in the EU. If you consent to analytics, Google may process that data in the United States; those transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework together with Google's standard contractual clauses, and we have IP anonymisation switched on. Reject analytics and no data leaves for Google at all. A full list of the companies involved is in the cookie policy.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, receive it in a portable format, or object to processing we base on legitimate interests — including objecting to affiliate click logging. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time and it costs you nothing to do so.
Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month. We won't charge you and we won't treat you differently for asking. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to your national data-protection authority — in the UK that's the ICO, and in the EU it's the supervisory authority for your country. You don't have to come to us first.
Children
This site is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, let us know and we'll delete the data.
