How we handle a dispute
This is editorial methodology — not a player complaint. It names no casino.
As of we had no staff-published player cases. An empty published list is the honest state. This dated note is how a dispute moves through the trust loop — not a reconstructed ticket and not a stand-in brand. Live cases, when staff publish them, appear below.
- A player files via the form below. The report is stored as a private
opencase. Personal details never appear on this page. - Staff check that the operator is real, that the claim is specific, and that there is evidence worth asking about.
- We may request a comment from the operator. We cannot compel a payout and we are not an ADR body.
- If the facts hold, staff publish a PII-safe summary with a case reference and a date. Names, emails and ticket IDs stay off the public trail.
- An editor may write a
trustIndexNote. The complaints sub-score of the Trust Index is applied by hand — we do not auto-change ratings. - A verified pattern (unpaid withdrawals, confiscation, a missing licence) can later become a dated blacklist entry. We still do not invent operators.

This hub is excluded from the money sitemap (money-sitemap.xml) while no
staff-published player cases exist. That is an honest-empty choice, not a missing page.
